Castle Family Health Centers, Inc. offers three convenient locations to serve your primary care needs along with a variety of specialty services offered at each location. Our largest site located at the former Castle Air Force Base not only provides primary care services, but also houses our Urgent Care, Castle Eye Center, Dental Surgery, Laboratory, X-ray along with Ultrasound and Mammography, Pharmacy, and a host of specialists for Telemedicine to care for the special needs of our patients.
