In partnership with Bloss Memorial Healthcare District, Castle Family Health Centers is a multi-site non-profit rural health center committed to improving the quality and service of health provided to the residents of Atwater and the surrounding communities. Castle Family Health Centers offers three convenient locations to serve your primary care needs along with a variety of specialty services offered at each location. Our largest site located at the former Castle Air Force Base not only provides primary care services, but also houses our Urgent Care, Castle Eye Center, Dental Surgery, Laboratory, X-ray along with Ultrasound and Mammography, Pharmacy, and a host of specialists for Telemedicine to care for the special needs of our patients. Our Bloss site located at 1251 Grove Avenue in Atwater, CA, is the home to our Adult Day Break Daycare program, Behavioral Health, Women's Health, and our Primary Care clinics.	Bloss Site
Our Winton site located at 6590 North Winton Way in Winton, CA, offers clinical services to the residents of the area. Easily accessible in the Winton Mercado shopping mall, residents can address their medical needs quickly and easily with little wait time.	Winton Site
