Family PACT Program
CDP (Cancer Detection Program)
Presumptive Eligibility (Pregnancy Related Medical)

  • Free family planning & counseling
  • Eligibility and enrollment
  • Both men and women are eligible
  • Teens
  • California resident within the Income Guidelines
  • Confidential
  • Pregnancy tests
  • Annual exams
  • Pap smears
  • Birth control methods
  • Sexually transmitted disease-testing, treatment and education
  • Breast Cancer screening for women age forty and older
  • Cervical Cancer screening for women age twenty-five and older
  • Same day eligibility for temporary prenatal care only

Healthy Families

  • For children under 19 years of age who currently have no insurance Cost $4.00 to $9.00 per month per child; not to exceed $27.00 per family
  • Covers medical and prescriptions with $5.00 co-pay. Dental and vision visits are no charge.
  • CHDP/Gateway for children ages 0-19 who may be eligible for full-scope Medi-Cal for 45 days.  Children with emergency related Medi-Cal are eligible for CHDP services only.
  • Aim applications for low cost health coverage for pregnant women, newborns are covered by Healthy Families for 30 days.

Medi-Cal
MCOEP (Merced County Outreach Enrollment Program)

  • All family members can apply
  • Full medical, dental and vision coverage at NO COST
  • If share of cost (SOC) applies, we can help you through Healthy Families to pay for SOC for CHILDREN ONLY
  • Presumptive eligibility for same day service for prenatal care only
  • Same day eligibility for temporary full coverage Medi-Cal
  • For uninsured low-income children ages 1-18 for physicals once a year and immunizations as required regardless of immigration status
  • Aim applications for low cost health coverage for pregnant women, newborns are covered by Healthy Families for 30 days.
