Sabrina Cooksey has been with Castle Family Health Centers for over 19 years, developing with the organization from its early days as Bloss Memorial Healthcare Dist. She is responsible for all human resources functions including benefits, classification, compensation, employer relation, recruitment and staffing.
Sabrina was named Director of Human Resources of CFHC in 1998. Prior to 1998, she was the Human Resources Asst. for CFHC. She transformed the department in to a productive and personable department. This includes the implementation of an employee recognition program, competitive benefit package and asst with the upgrade of the payroll technology.
Cooksey has had a wide variety of specific training in the field of human resources. She is currently continuing her education with California Coast University and is majoring in Business administration.
Sabrina has the ability to identify organizational concerns and provides a proactive approach for intervention and/or change.
Sabrina’s principal role is to provide services that facilitate efficient and effective recruitment, development and retention of well-qualified employees. Sabrina supports CFHC overall mission of providing high-quality health care delivery to our patients.
With a vast background in Human Resources, a strong professional approach to her delivery of services, as well as the ability to handle issues under pressure, Sabrina endeavors to meet the challenges of an ever changing organization.
