Keith
Gaudsmith comes to us with a tremendous amount of experience in the Technology
field. With over 33 years of experience ranging from mainframe
operations, to managing Core, Network and Telephone Technologies in a
large information technology division of a local community bank as Vice
President/Information Services Manager. This is in addition to managing
the information technologies division for a consulting firm as Vice
President/Technology for over 15 years; Keith comes to Castle Family
Health Centers with the skill sets needed to run a very diverse and
efficient information technologies infrastructure.
Keith has accomplished two Bachelor of Science degrees in Management
Information Systems. He is currently endeavoring in an MBA program with
an emphasis in Management Information Systems. As a Consulting
Project Manager, Keith has implemented or managed the implementation of
various VoIP phone systems utilizing PMI Standards for project
management. Keith holds an IBM Level 4 Systems Engineering certification
in Mid-Range Computer Systems from the IBM Corporation.
With over 23 years of experience as a developer in various programming
languages and database platforms, Keith is a strong advocate for
Middleware solutions in highly document dependant environments. Keith is
a strong believer in the PDSA (Plan-Do-Study-Act) Life Cycle and the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) models. His
short- to long- term vision to automate document processing through the
use of electronic signatures and workflow-based databases will assist the
organization in moving forward to streamline operations to save lost
productivity and related soft-costs. Keith has over 10 years developing
in Lotus Domino and Lotus Notes, a Rapid Application
Development (RAD) and database and messaging platform. He is a certified
DBMS (database management systems) with a background in Microsoft
SQL Server, Oracle,
and various smaller database platforms.

Keith's other skills include large desktop deployment techniques, video
conferencing, wiring (both infrastructure and
fiber), mainframe operations/software engineering and telecommunications.

Keith Gaudsmith is a member of the community residing in Atwater, CA, proud
father of one child - and two grand children. He is currently serving as
Past President and Vice President/Programs for the Central Valley iSeries
User Group.
