• For children under 19 years of age who currently have no insurance Cost $4.00 to $9.00 per month per child; not to exceed $27.00 per family
• Covers medical and vision with only $5.00 co-pay. Dental visits are no charge. Prescriptions are also $5.00

MCOEP (Merced County Outreach Enrollment Program)

• All family members can apply
• Full medical, dental and vision coverage at NO COST
• If share of cost (SOC) applies, we can help you through Healthy Families to pay for SOC for CHILDREN ONLY
• Presumptive eligibility for same day service for prenatal care only
• Same day eligibility for temporary full coverage Medi-cal
• For uninsured low-income children ages 1-18 for physicals once a year and immunizations as required regardless of immigration status
